Refund Policy

1. Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day on which you receive the product (or the last product, where products are delivered separately), without giving any reason and without penalty. This right also applies to products bought on promotion or at a discounted price.

2. How to notify your withdrawal

Send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to info@obimarketproducts.com, stating your name, the product and, if available, the order date and reference. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. You meet the deadline if you send your notice before the 14-day period has expired. Once your notice has been received, you will be given the return instructions, including the address to which the product should be sent.

3. Returning the product

The product must be returned without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying your withdrawal, to the address given in the return instructions. You should handle the product only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning; otherwise, you may be liable for any diminished value resulting from other handling.

The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer only if this was stated on the Offer page before purchase; otherwise, it is borne by the Seller.

4. Refunds

The Seller refunds all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which it receives your withdrawal notice. The refund may be withheld until the product has been received back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent it, whichever is earlier.

The refund is made using the same means of payment used for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any event at no cost to you. If you paid in cash on delivery, the refund is made by bank transfer to the account details you provide to the Seller.

5. Defective or damaged products

If the product is defective, not as described or arrives damaged, email info@obimarketproducts.com describing the problem, with photos if possible. In these cases the two-year legal guarantee of conformity applies, independently of the right of withdrawal: you are entitled to repair or replacement free of charge and, where provided by law, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.

6. Exceptions provided by law

The right of withdrawal does not apply only in the cases provided for by Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and the national laws implementing it (in Italy, Article 59 of the Consumer Code), for example goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, and sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. If a product falls under one of these exceptions, this is clearly stated on the Offer page.
